First Use:

New board may have some smell, the smell will be gone after few washes. Epicurean is certified with NFS, it safe for you to use.

Product Daily Maintenance:

• After use, wipe the cutting board with dish soap or place it in the dishwasher for cleaning. After washing, simply dry it.
• Knife marks on the cutting board are normal after use and do not affect the product’s mold resistance.
• If the knife marks appear deep, you can use the included "Knife Mark Removal Paper" to gently sand in dry and a circular motion to fade the marks. Afterward, rinse and dry.
• Since the cutting board is made of wood, it may be affected by natural environmental factors (e.g., sunlight, temperature, humidity). The color may gradually darken, which is a natural phenomenon and does not affect its use.
