Returns and Exchanges:
Our company accepts returns within 7 days from the time of product pick-up. For product returns and exchanges, it must be subjected to our return terms and conditions.
- All goods sold are non-refundable.
- Goods can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase due to manufacturing defects
w/proof of purchase. Proof of mfg. defects will take 14 working days to clarify.
- Any product with defects are only allowed to exchange the product with another product with same model.
Only if the same model is out of stock, you may exchange your product with another product in the same kind and same price. If that do not resolve the issue, we will provide refund as a last resort. (Any refund will not include the delivery cost and will process through the payment method you have chosen, for example, if you have chosen PayPal as payment method, the refund will be made through PayPal)
- Any product with defects must be return in person to ilovekitchen customer service center.
- Customer should be responsible for all transportation costs incurred for the return and exchange.
- Please check carefully when you have the stock pick-up. Under the following conditionals, return and exchange request will not be accepted:
- Product is damaged due to improper usage or any human cause. (for example: scratch, stain, discoloration, damage from sharp / hard instruments);
- Product is contaminated or stained;
- The product, packaging and its accessories have been used, damaged consumed or are incomplete;
- Return or exchange request is submitted after 7 days from the time of product pick-up;
- Unable to provide valid proof that the product is purchase from this website and any manufacturing defects exists;
- Missing warranty card and user manual of the product;
- Please read the Use & Care Instruction before use, wash and dry the product thoroughly before storage, it will assist you to use the product safe and correctly.
- Should any dispute arise for the product return and exchange, the decision of our company (ILoveKitchen Limited) shall be final.
Returns and Exchange procedure
- Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp: 96824331 for product return and exchange.
- Return the defect product with the followings materials in person to our customer service center located in Kwun Tong.
- Receipt or valid proof of purchase from this website;
- Valid proof of mfg. defects;
- Complete packaging and all accessories of the product;
- From the day exchange application procedures is completed, customer will
receive a pick-up notification after 14 working days.
4. Exchange processing time: 14 working days.
