Delivery:
After your payment is successfully confirmed by us, (the order status became paid) you will receive pick-up notification from SFExpress within 10 working days by our estimation. We will try our best to arrange the delivery to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee that such expectation can be satisfied.

We deliver to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territory (Free delivery do not apply on Discovery Bay, outlying islands and restricted areas)
Buildings without lift or products can only access through staircases may be charged delivery fee by the delivery company.
Large items will be delivered directly from the supplier, please note your WhatsApp or phone call.

Extra charge will be needed for any item that need to be delivered to remote area. Remote Area should be able to delivered by SF Express.

For large items (cabinets, furniture or/and boxes) to Discovery Bay, $350 should be charged, please select the right delivery choice with remark to discovery bay.
For large items to outlying island, please consider pick up your delivery at the in Hong Kong area pier.
For large items to restricted areas, please consider to pick up your order at the non-restrited areas near by.
Our team will contact you to discuss the most possible solutioin for order in above situation.
Remote Area Surcharge is charged as per order; if customer addresses locate inside the “Remote Areas”, HK$120 surcharge will be charged.
- Remote Area Surcharge will be waived for all schools registered under The Education Bureau in Hong Kong including kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, higher education institutions, other types of education centers / institutions and degree-awarding higher education institutions.
- Remote Area Surcharge will be waived for all public hospitals registered under The Hospital Authority and private hospitals registered under The Department of Health in Hong Kong.
- Remote Area Coverage is based on 18 districts of District Council, for more details, please refer to the H.K.S.A.R website or “List of Boundary Maps of District Council Districts and Constituency Areas”.

HK$350 delivery fee for each large item （storage items) to Discovery Bay. Supplier will contact you regarding the delivery arrangement and the charge. Outlying islands and restricted areas will not be able to deliver.
