CLEANING
Plastic Strands: Shake the strand blocks first, use kitchen brush to clean the surface of strands gently with lukewarm mild soapy water. Rinse in fast running tap water. Place upside down the strand block to let it natural dry up on a cloth. Don’t stress hard to the strands during cleaning, it would detach the naturally glued strands from the hard plastic base.
Box & Partition Plates: Wash it in lukewarm or tap water with mild soapy water by soft kitchen cloth. Rinse in running tap water and dry with cloth. Don’t use metal wool, steel scrubbing pad or harsh detergent would damage the beauty of the item.
NORMAL WEAR & MAINTENANCE
Detachment of strands: In time, small numbers of strands would detach from hard plastic base after contacted with knives. If the situation is serious, please call your agent for help.
Bending of strands: If found any bent strands, you may use scissor or cut it out or keep as it is it would not affect the function of the item.
